If you're really doing nothing more intensive than what you've stated there then you could cut back on the CPU and GPU to save a bit of cash.
This one would be fine:

and onboard graphics would probably also be okay.
You might want to look at getting a sound card though with the money you'll save depending on if you've got a decent pair of headphones/speakers to pair it with.
