My phone was supposed to be transferred between 7am-10pm Monday. It was not. So I e-mailed O2, a 'fault' they say. It'll be done tomorrow. So, tuesday, true enough, my Orange sim dies.... however, no pick up by the new sim. Today is now thursday, and I still have not had the number ported. I didn't give anyone the temporary number, so am now out of contact unless I contact people. E-mailed o2 again, (takes 24 hrs for reply) and got: "We are working to rectify the situation as soon as possible but we are unable to provide you any specific time for the same." Do I have room to complain, or am I being a bit picky?
