PC/ LCD issue – No picture after Bios flash screen

I have a Sharp LC-26G44e which I use as a monitor and for PS3/ TV. It was working fine but I recently unplugged the power to my graphics card (with PC off) and now when I power up my PC it displays the Bios screen but after that nothing.
Do I need a ‘proper’ PC monitor to use to configure the LCD screen?

It’s connected via the old type monitor cable

If it can display BIOS screen, the monitor should be fine?

Can you tell us more afer BIOS screen? What information is on the screen? It just freezes?
