I've been looking at the Terratec Cinergy 2400i DT DVB-T TV Tuner (PCI-Express) on special this week, rather longingly. Has anyone got one of these? Is the software any good? Also, are there any other PCI-E 1x TV cards? I don't really need a dual tuner one, just want basic digital PVR functionality.

...or do I need a TV card at all? Can I input my pioneer freeview box to my PC and do it through software? The 6150+430 chipset on my mobo has a TV encoder... what does that actually mean it does? Sorry, am very new to PVR stuff.
