Just because it boots means nothing.
A 1.35v vid C3 965 will boot 4GHZ at 1.35v.

It does look like they got muddled, it's impressive though. Would be more impressive with all 6 cores enabled. I can't actually work out if it has been limited to 4 for that screenie though.
