PIPEX adsl max email response

    i sent pipex an email about the MAX service and got this reply today

    Dear Sir

    Thank you for your email

    Once BT have completed the work you will have the option to regrade to any of our other packages by going to www.mypipex.net clicking on to control panel and going to the "change service" feature. They have estimated 2-3 weeks; PIPEX will be making an announcement on our website once this is available

    but other companies can offer it to me now, what work are they on about?

    well it just goes to show what a bunch of liars they are. When i spoke to them on the phone last friday they said that the regrades option would be on the website this week ....now they are saying 2-3 more weeks :rolleyes: ...................im glad ive jumped ship to Evolution i will be on Maxdsl next wednesday ;)

    im leaving myself, im waiting for my rewards emails come through (should be today) and then im asking for my mac code
