Last week my printer(Canon Pixma TS8050) decided that it'd had enough and is now displaying error C000 on startup.
After a bit of googling it seemed that this was usually caused by something blocking the print head, so I had a bit of a look around inside.
To the right of where the print head usually parks (it's sitting in the middle now), I found a small white cog. It looked as if it'd been trapped up against the side of the case by the print head movement.
Does anyone have half a clue as to where this has come from?
