    it might explain why for the past week+ i've never had a email via plusnet :p

    i dont use the ISP's email really as if i were to change ISP then i'd be screwed for people wanting to get in contact with me, so i use hotmail/gmail most of hte time, however i dont use email for business at all.

    I would expect more professionalism from an engineer in that position. Ive shutdown live servers accidently before but thats awful!

    These things do happen. After long days, late nights you'd be suprised what kind of silly mistakes can be made.

    yep lost all my mail from my postmaster account which I only ever look at with the webmail. Never mind it was only invoices.
