POE 802.3af confusion - Help Required, Anyone?

Due to an issue with a new IP Camera, I recently replaced a Netgear GS108P POE switch (with 2 cameras attached) with two POE Injectors as I suspected (possibly incorrectly) the switch was failing as a newer camera (FD9387-HTV) kept connecting and disconnecting. Once connected to the POE injector the problem vanished, so my guess was correct, or was it...

So when I conected the second older camera (FD8134v) to the other injector (So I could harvest the switch) it just doesnt power up, but on the old switch its fine - All three devices support 802.3af POE standard, with the POE Injectors supporting a higher draw. Ive now tried this camera on two different POE Injectors (Vivotek and Linksys) and neither will power the old Vivotek FD8134V Camera, yet the old Netgear GS108P seems to work perfectly, no drops, all good.

What is going on? Any ideas?

PS I should also add, the new camera works on all the injectors tested, the old camera works on non of the injectors, but all support the standard.
