First let us morn over the best CRT I ever owned. I bought her for £600 when everyone was buying the Samsung LCDs. I managed to grab one of the last ones at the time. However after one week the tube went (might of been my sub lol) and.. well you can see what I replaced it with.

It has a HDMI connection and 120GB HDD thats about it

It's worth it if you're buying new and not 'upgrading'. I've seen 'em for £250 so it's not like they cost a lot more.

You planning on wall mounting?

How have you got them connected to the TV? I've got my Z5500's connected to my DVD player/freeview via Coax, 10 meter coax, but the 1 meter sounded the same, and on like TV channels the sound is all muffled and crap bass, but I switch to the radio stations and it's fine :confused:

, DVD Player is what has the coax, then I connect freeview to the DVD via scart.

this is what i nearly got a few months back! ( its the le32r74bdx ) 32inch samsung hd lcd with built-in dvb!

and this is the tv it was replaycing! the philips will go in our bedroom!! eventually
we also recieved the scientific atlantia v+ box today, its hd ready and has an onboard hdd for 80hrs of tri tuner recording along with an optical dolby digital output!

there are no speakers set up yet as i need some new cable for them ( better quality stuff!! ) they are a yamaha 5-speaker system but im going to replace the fronts with a pair of either missions or mordant-shorts! if i can afford it though i want a set of kef coda's!! ( oldskool goodness!! )

i still have a load of new stuff to get! but next on my list is a new cd player/recorder,
turntable and signal converter, power amp, a nice set of floorstanders, a decent vcr, and some more heavy duty cable!!
