Power Cycling

Hi

I have a Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3P-B3 motherboard and my pc keeps power cycling, the pc never even gets to the bios info displaying on the screen just keeps cycling.
I suspect this is the motherboard but any advice on what it could be or how to fix it would be much appreciated.

Have you tried clearing the CMOS?

Remove all RAM.

Place one stick in the slot furthest away.

Power on, any joy?

Move this stick one slot closer and repeat till bored.

Cheers for the replies guys, after a few attempts clearing the CMOS got me running.
Now just need to find out why it happened!
