Has anyone ever repaired their power supply?

I've accumulated three power supplies that have failed but I feel bad scrapping. For example, an AX1200 with a full red braided cable kit.

Aside from the one I burnt out, dumb story there, the others I think might just have cap issues because they've been running for X amount of hours.

Repairable, salvagable, goodbye....thoughts?

leaky caps, yes. I've done some fault finding on some dead psu's with more complex issues and it's never been worth the time. When my superflower blow up, a FET went which took out most of the 12v side - not worth saving.

I have built a Frankenstein monster out of a couple of different PSUs, that get used as a bench supply.
