I have a 14 months old Oki C332 LED colour printer.

Last week it started printing all colour pages in cyan, i.e. any colour page printed has a 100% cyan background (the whole A4 page incluing any borders).

This printer has seen very low usage - just used by the kids has done less that 1000 pages in the 14 months.

It was still on the original toners when the problem occured. I replaced the cyan toner thinking this might be the problem but no, exact same with a new toner.

Contacted OKI and they basically said it over a year old, not interested.

Mono pages print fine.

Anyone any ideas or is this likely good only for the bin now (or alternately as a mono printer)?

OKI suggested clean the LED sensors but this has done nothing.

That's unlucky. The last OKI I had was similar to yours and came with a THREE YEAR warranty. Check to see if you indeed have a free extended warranty. Just looked at a major online printer vendor and all OKI's have a 3 yr warranty. I'd contact the orginal vendor.

Actually I've gotten rid of it by now but it was under a 1 year warranty (confirmed by OKI support) and so no joy on that side. It's now been replaced by an HP printer, hoping that has a longer lifespan.
