Second vote for the Singapore, but I would go for noodles rather than vermicelli.

Other than that a good satay (warning may (Hopefully) contain nuts)

If they do it, you want a wandering dragon which is
Char siu pork, chicken, and king prawns with green peppers, waterchestnuts and bamboo shoots in garlic and oyster sauce. Served with egg fried rice (or boiled rice, noodles or what ever you prefer).

It's a shame no where near me does it any more :(

Shredded Beef for the win; May be what others are calling crispy chilli beef.

Really finely shredded beef in a light, very crispy batter served with stir-fried veg, a slightly fruity, slightly spicy sauce and egg fried rice.

...but you can't go wrong with house special fried rice with a drizzling of sweet and sour sauce.

...And skewered shicken for starter...

...And pineapple fritters to finish...
