Hi all,

Hope you are all well?

I have just purchased in an SSD as my old mechanical drives are extremely slow and noisy, Can any of you recommend a simple, Work's out of the box image i can download straight onto a USB stick and boot from in order to duplicate the image from the old mech drive to the new SSD.

Something that my 11 year old could even do (as i might get him to do it as it's for his PC).

Thanks in advance.

Macrium Reflect free.
Clonezilla.

Though if it were me, I'd take the opportunity to do a clean install of the OS and then copy across any personal files.

Macrium reflect free as above.
Install it on your existing drive, then install your new SSD then you can simply clone the existing drive over.

But also as above a clean install is preferable probably more so if you've not done a clean install for a few years and installing windows to SSD isn't nearly as painful as it's so much quicker.
