Does anyone have any recommendations for a cheapish (£50 or less) digital TV card, basically just to let my old man watch TV, and listen to radio on his PC from time to time.
Preferably PCI and will work under XP and 7 (he's running XP at the moment but will probably be running 7 soon).
Reception will be via a good aerial
