Recording from a birdbox cam

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, but it seemed to fit the best.

I'd like to be able to record what's being streamed to my TV. Halp? :

I have a spare raspberry pi and external hdd, so via that would be preferable.

It's got a 20m cable with a SCART connection, just plug it into the back of your TV and change it to the SCART input then look if your TV supports either outputting that signal somewhere or USB recording. Failing that a cheap DVD recorder would probably be the easiest way then simply rip the video of the DVD to your pc in whatever format you choose.
