We need to find a new IT bod in Bristol. Typical 2nd line support stuff/salary. The last agency we used send us about one decent candidate in about 20. Anyone any first hand experience that can recommend me either a good recruitment agency or good places to advertise. Cheers !
Try looking for candidates on Monster, my company found me on there and I'm a **** hot catch Nah seriously I know a lot of 'good' people who have their details on there.

It seems daft that all angencies expect up to about 2k finders fee. Is even thinking about a job center a waste of time ? Will there be any decent candidates there ? I've had a look at monster - good call .....
