Requesting Mod for XPX RX 580 RX-580P8DFD6

Please help me mod my GPU. It is giving me 18.5 mh/s on ETC mining. I have read and watched a lot of YouTube videos and still confused about the GPU models and memories they use.

GPU MODEL: XPX RX 580 RX-580P8DFD6
According to GPUZ it has Samsung Memory.
PC Config:
MOBO: MSI Gaming Intel B250 LGA 1151
Windows 7 Pro
4GB ram
Intel BX80677G3930 7th Gen Celeron
EVGA 650 N1, 650W

I havent tried the 1 click method yet, so i will. So far I can not get my RX 580 8gb above 20 mh/s. I have tried so many things.
Different bios mods, different drivers (the blockchain one crashes my Claymore miner), newwest version of Claymore, Now I am doing an update to my MOBO bios....
really don't know what else to do.
Watched a video to unable the 4gb Decoding form Mobo bios but when I do that all i get is black screen and PC doesn't boot up.

So if you have any other ideas please help.
