I need some guidance on what I need and where I should buy for LED cove lighting around a room.
So far I have a mains power cable running into the rear of where the cove will be fitted.
I have figured out want the following:
16m 24v RGBW LED 60/m strip.
What are the benifits of 3+1 vs 4in1? Obviously the latter is more expensive.
24v LED Driver (Meanwell seems to be the best)
Im happy about what wattage I would need as that depends on the draw of the led strip but there seems to be a lot of options on the meanwell ones 'A' or 'B' versions. Any other suggestions?
A RGBW controller. I'm not sure if I can get away with one over this single length of strip or I will need a amplifier or 2 controllers?
I have been looking in eBay for LED strips but its a little difficult to know what is decent quality or not. I am not going to spend £30/m for hue strips
