Squats 2x5 @ 20KG, 1x3 @ 30KG 5x5 @ 42.5KG
OHP 5x5 @ 22.5KG
Deadlift 1x5 @ 40KG

Workout A 11/12/19

Squats 2x5 @ 20KG, 5x5 @ 45KG
Bench Press 5x5 @ 25KG
Barbell Row 5x5 @ 32.5KG

Workout B 13/12/19

Squats 2x5 @ 20KG, 1x3 @ 35KG 5x5 @ 47.5KG
OHP 5x5 @ 25KG
Deadlift 1x5 @ 50KG

Pleased to have finally got a whole week in like I should do

Had a rather long layoff due to an accident and doing my left shoulder in, but easing back in today

Workout A 27/01/20

Squats 5x5 @ 25G
Bench Press 5x5 @ 20KG
Barbell Row 5x5 @ 30KG
