Error 0 means not enough power going to the unit via usb, my parents had the same trouble when they were trying to plug it into a hub. It has to go into the main usb port.

Alot of people have said this but this is plugged into the main port of the usb in the back of the computer. Blackspot have so far been non helpful as they do not know what the issue is either. But i know alot of people are also having the same issue as me.

It may be a case of another usb device drawing too much power. When i plugged a usb based adsl modem in alongside the roadangel, it came up with the error. Only worked with another low consumption device plugged in at the same time, or none at all.
