Seems I've had a package sent to me via RMSD mis-delivered.

I was supplied a RMSD tracking number by the seller of a watch. I tracked it all the way to 'on the van awaiting delivery'. Postie arrives this morning at 10 and gets me to sign for another package for my wife - I asked if she had another package for me as I was expecting RMSD today. She says no definitely not.

So I waited until 1 pm and tracked the parcel again - seems it's been delivered and signed for (er, not to me it hasn't!). I called the seller who chased the RM.

Now this is the bit I am really disgusted with - we now have to wait at least 72 hours before any complaint can be made. This is aparrantly so they can get the receiver's signature online.

Anyone been through this pain before? And more importantly, how likely is it that RMs insurance will pay out so I can get a refund off the dealer?

(I've already discounted the possibility that the person who has received the parcel will be honest enough and return it!)

    Thanks in advance.
