What programme are you wanting to run on your Mac?

Both VMware Fusion and Parallels will do this however you'd have to have a VM running. They both have an option where the Windows only programme will be presented as a normal app within macOS.

Also be aware if you have a new M1 chipped mac then you can only run Windows for Arm under Parallels (and not at all on vmware) and that means your Windows app needs to support Windows for Arm too.

Have a look at Crossover by Codeweavers. I’m not sure if it runs on M1 Macs but if it does then no Windows licence or VM is required.
