Not at all. I'm very carefull with mine. I didnt drop my note 4 in 6 years. The fold is a lot more slippy though but im not going out with it so no worries here. Just always hold onto it like your holding onto a wedge of £1800 bills in your hand and its a very windy day and you'll be fine.

Well I've been on holiday with mine for a week now. Been on the beach sun bathing plus got caught in a torrential rain storm. I've really hammered it for all tasks including lots of photography which is one of my passions. I can't fault it so far, a thoroughly amazing phone and a great battery as well.

I was an iPhone user since the 3GS and left an 11 Pro Max, I then tried a OnePlus 8 Pro and a Note 20 Ultra. Both great phones but the battery on the Note Exynos was starting to annoy me. Got the Fold when I saw the discounts and so pleased with it so far. I use the outside screen for all those quick things you do on your phone but when you get chance to sit for a while I use the big screen. I do feel like I'm gaining more confidence in getting the big screen out more over the last day or so. I edited the photos on the go with the big screen. You have to get used to a different experience completely.

Cheers - can you use the open screen one handed at all? I tend to rely on back gestures to navigate.

You can set 'swipe down' to activate one handed mode on the main screen with screen gestures to navigate. Still personally struggle with thumb range to hit the other side of the keyboard but I'm guessing you can try some keyboard tweaks to get around this.

Ed:Or you could adjust the dimensions of the reduced window

I have had more or less the same route as you from IPhone 11 pro max now to note 20 ultra, I absolutely love this phone it's just the battery is not great but invested in a quick charge battery pack for emergencies but I still feel drawn to the fold 2, but not sure as it miss some aspects of the note 20, also it's a lot more money than the note 20

Plus the resale value of the fold would be a third or less than its RRP, as someone who upgrades yearly that's quite a depreciation.

Yeah I'd imagine once they workout how to make the inside screen stronger we'll get an spen. I'm still loving mine.. Its so premium feeling and the inside screen is just the perfect size so it doesn't feel awkward to hold but still gives you a big screen experience.
