Anyone know much about work profiles in samsung phones (S9+)
I use one for personal and work use
Been fine for everything and then yesterday suddenly within work profile folder outlook just keeps coming up with a screen when I compose or reply to a email. Choose keyboard, there is only samsung keyboard to chose but won't let me, the keyboard is up to date with latest updates, keyboard works fine on all other apps, text, WhatsApp etc
Just can't seem to sort it, cannot add any other keyboard as work profile has its own play store which IT admins control what can go on the devices
I'll give tech support a call Monday but wondered of anyone else had come across this
