Are there any guides to using Samurize?

I just downloaded it a few hours ago and dont know how to get it like others peoples in the screenshots thread :s

I got to add a skin, has anyone got any good .sam files?

EDIT: I installed a skin wrong when you have to enter you email settings, e.c.t How can I re enter them?
