Sandisk USB 3 issue

Hey guys,
I've recently bought a sandisk USB 3 stick to store my music on.
However there's a problem.
When the USB stick is plugged into a device other than a PC/laptop it plays every song in fast forward.
Anyone know a solution to this?

What file format are the songs in?

I've tried mp3, WMA and wav.
All exactly the same.
