screen flickering on certain web pages

Recently bought an x1900xt with dual core 4400 and keep getting 1 or 2 lines flickering on the screen- this mainly happens on web pages especially forums!
Cant find any info+ wondering if its a known issue- i have the latest cats downloaded.
