Not long until half a bill hopefully. Just finished tweaking my overclocks a bit and now doing about 2 mil a day with just two rigs

 

Phil, you must have 6990's?

I'm doing just under 250K/day with just my 5870, but I might switch my 7970 over to Milkyway for a while as its only getting around 20K in Seti

 

I have 2x6990 and 2x7970. Sounds about right for the 5870. I used to get about 240k per day from mine. Another 7970 would be very welcome on MW, that would be enough to move us up to no 2 in rac

 

Niiiiiice. How do you find the 7970 compares to the 6990?

 

Running two WUs on each GPU the 7970s at 1125MHz takes 65s and the 6990 at 920MHz take 100s. 7970 system draws 530w and 6990 system about 720w. The 6990s were almost impossible to air cool though. I had to have the fans locked to 100% and I could hear them through two solid walls and even then they were running hot
