Notes:

I thought I was going to have a terrible session due to doms in my lower back and generally being exhausted but everything actually felt super easy and I felt really good. Deadlifts were especially easy which I was shocked about. Followed the session with BJJ. Now for a well earned rest day.

Notes:

I think I've got another bout of man flu coming on but I'm managing to stave it off which explains the blood sugar levels. I'm a bit worried I'm going to stall on bench early because 72.5kg wasn't particularly easy. Happy I got a decent amount of reps out on DB bench after upping the weight. Sleeping is still a problem. Not really sure what's going on with it.
