Skylake mini-itx vs Haswell mini-itx

Hi,

I have a core i5 750 mini-itx system in my trusty sharkoon case, thinking it may be time to upgrade it.

Skylake worth the bit extra and future proofing or should i stick to haswell?

Are there many options for skylake mini itx yet?

need mobo,ram,cpu and cooler
rest i think would transfer, do fancy an m2 ssd too

anyone help with build ideas and best bang for buck?

I would try and make skylake work as you'll have ddr4 for your next upgrade.
