Small Business software?

Hello,

A friend of mine is a small business owner and would like some software to help her keep track of her finances.

It's a small cleaning company, she'd just like the basics (accountant does the hard stuff). Just something to keep track of hours her staff have worked and payments from the clients.
She's not very PC literate so the easier to use the better...any suggestions before I have to go in excel for her?

Something like Xero?

Cloud based, so nothing to install or update, no data to worry about backing up

It's worthwhile talking to her accountant and asking if they have a preference on what she uses, they may also be able to recommend.

Quickfile is free and fairly decent, QuickBooks is good and via an accountant you can get it for £7.50 per month, Xero is the market leader but your looking at £18 per month at least depending on discount.

Dont use Sage, ever.
