SN25P - Case Rattle

Noticed that my SN25P is starting to rattle/buzz/vinbrate ever-so-slightly on the bottom front of the case.

I've narrowed it down to where the removable shell 'slots' into the front face.

Any ideas on how to stop this, perhaps 'rebend' the outer shell so it's not as flexible or any other sensible ideas.

might be a cheap fix to put electrical tape over the metal hooks on the inside of the shell, just to stop the metal on metal contact
