It's not a major upgrade from a 4s as said, but I'm tempted to just do it seeing as selling my 4s and old 3g should cover a large lump of the price, and 3 seem to be doing some fantastic sim only plans so it's an excuse to change over to them. 
SO how many are upgrading from the 4s to the 5 ?
