so when are 295 gonna come down in price?

Not worth the extra for the 295, considering the 5870 was only 3fps short in that test, is cheaper, is a single card, supports DX11 and less wattage.
Don't think buying a 295 these days is wise unless the price falls...
I remember seeing reviews of some other ATI cards a year or two ago that had great max FPS but very bad min FPS compared to some nvidia cards....
Looks like ATI cards still suck on some games at min FPS..
3fps short with 16fps vs 27fps how you work that one out
Min fps is far more important then max or avg FPS...

Crysis is always stuttering in that benchmark, one stutter and thats your min FPS screwed, check trubritars vid out, the 5870 FPS is constant from what I can see.
True, even if it isn't a "single" card. But if you order a 295 from OCuK you'll only get ONE in a box

Wasn't even the beta's, said at the beginning they were using the 9.9's, which would have nothing in them for the 5870, all they would have had in those, were the 5870 id's added so they could be installed, so to only be 3 frames behind by using drivers that are not for the card, is pretty impressive imo, and once it gets drivers that are for it, its going to be even better.
