I just wrote an absolutely massive list out, but that didn't even cover it all, so I scrapped it :) It really depends highly on what mood I'm in. At this precise moment in time it's:
Heart - Alone (acoustic)

It can be anything from slow, lurrve songs, to a Queen song that reminds me of the good times :)

Anything by Bryan Adams, I'm a big fan of him.

Kiss Me -Sixpence None the Richer (Mine and Marks song)
I dont want a lover - Texas
Addicted to love - Robert Palmer
Hero - Mariah Carey
Billy Myers - Kiss the Rain
Killing Me Softly - THe Fugees

Anything by S Club 7

Gotta be -

Metallica - Nothing Else Matters (It doesn't does it?)
Chris Isaak - Wicked Games
DreadZone - the first track on Biological Radio (can't remeber what it is called but just the opening has me turned to jelly!!!)
Black Crowes - Don't leave a light on (I think that's what it's called and I ain't played it for so long as it reminds me of my ex-wife)
The drum solo in "One" by Metallica - surely one of the best excuted and placed drum solo's EVER (especially if you see the full length version of the video - which incidentally Kerrang! channel having been playing a lot recently, does anyone know why?)

Got to agree with MiggyMan on this one...

'Diane' by Therapy.

Based on a true incident so i've heard.

Also the new 'Gorelord' album 'Zombie Suicide Part 666'.

The lyrics are enough to give you the shivers.

Just the one, and it is only the last couple of years I could bear to listen to it again......

Move Closer - Phylis Nelson.

Was mine and an x girlfriends song, who was killed in a house fire when we were both 19 back in the late eighties. It was even played at her funeral, we had split up then and she was seeing someone else. Known her since age 4 at primary school.

I'm lost at Sea, don't bother me.
Another vote for flower by the eels here.

Also : "Njosnavelin" (translated as Nothing Song) by "Sigur Ros"

A hauntingly brilliant song which some of you may have heard from vanilla sky. I really cant recommend this song highly enough to anyone. One of the most beautiful things I've ever heard :o

How anyone can write such beautiful songs about the pain of heroin (bad) and excecution by torture (One tree Hill) is beyond me.
