Sparrow on Mac with Mailbox on iOS?

How do folks,

So, I think Sparrow is the best desktop mail client, and Mailbox the best iOS mail client... but they don't work well together...

Because of the way Mailbox moves things from the inbox to the All Mail folder, Sparrow always looks empty and can't access any mails that has been dealt with by Mailbox.

Any way around this? some way to calibrate Sparrow to use the folders slightly differently or something?

Any ideas?

You can change to a more all-encompassing view in Sparrow where you get to access everything...
