Speaker suggestions

Hi, my knowledge on all things audio is not great so I am asking for your suggestions. Now this is a bedroom set-up so I do not want 5.1 systems or amps. What I am looking for is a 2.0 or 2.1 set-up on a budget of £200 max.

I will want a speaker system that I can connect a PS3, Xbox 360 and PC (Windows 7) too.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I would suggest a small 2 or 4 channel mixer to avoid connection woes.

The Edifier S530D linked to above looks promising for a 2.1 system, on paper at least. But I've heard complaints that the bass from the sub lags the rest of the sound. Others complain about the quality of the sub.

Not personally a fan of cheap 2.1 systems. I've owned a few and always had to get rid of them. I usually recommend AV40 MKI (not MKII) for general purpose use.
