Ive currently got a very uncomfortable headset that only enable me to game for around 30 mins before causing serious ear trauma.

My spec is below i play alot of fps games, and i need a good headset which i can wear for hours withought hurting my ears.needs to have a mic also as i will be using it for teamspeak/skype.

Ive got an onboard soundcard which isnt great so is it worth going for a usb one,

If you could stretch the budget another £10 you could get yourself the Creative Fatal1ty HS-980 Professional Gaming Headset MkII which judging from the reviews appear to be a very good and comfortable headset.

Unfortunately I can't answer your query about USB headset's as I've always been using a dedicated soundcard plus I only use a headset at LAN's.
