I always promised myself I wouldn't do this but hey ho!

Anyway I am building a cheap rig for a mate for general home office/internet use, not really a gaming machine. I have tried to make it future proof(ish), and have had to include Monitor and keyboard, I already have a mouse for it.

In short does this look alright?

you need a ATX version 2 Power supply. I don't think the one that comes with this case is that. I reackon you should get this case

Antec NSK4400 Mini Tower Case - 380W SmartPower PSU (CA-052-AN)
    Price: £43.95 (£51.64 Including VAT at 17.5%)

    instead.

That graphics card uses system memory

    - Memory: Supporting 256MB - For full 256MB support, 512MB of system memory required

get it if you don't play games or get the

    Leadtek GeForce 7300 GT 256MB DDR2 TV-Out/DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-087-LT)

    Price: £49.95 (£58.69 Including VAT at 17.5%)

    instead.

Cool, The Antec case looks like it will do nicely.

As for the GPU, it's not really going to be a gaming box, I'm just looking for a cheap way to fill the PCIe slot and to add a little punch, nice spot on the shared memory though. That I do not like.

What about the EVGA GeForce 7300 GS SILENT 256MB DDR TV-Out/DVI, it just about fits in the price range for the machine?
