Spec me a 55” 4K TV please!

Currently trying to put together a list of TV’s to look out for that could fall in to my budget of £700 come Black Friday!

Looking for 50 - 55” screen size, and will mainly be used for streaming (some 4K, some HD) and PS5 gaming.

Any help appreciated!

Keep an eye on Sony BRAVIA KD55XH90, below that they're mostly all the same quality so it doesn't matter which you pick.

I'm currently considering a new TV myself after buying my Dad a TCL 55C715K 55" to replace his 10 year old plasma. That was £499 in the recent sale (-£100) but don't expect bigger discounts that on their TVs.

If I don't go all out for an LG CX series OLED then I'm probably going to get a 55C815K 55" (maybe 65") as it uses the Samsung QLED panel tech just cheaper.

Unfortunately their best value TVs with mini-LED back lighting are only available in the US currently.

For the best TVs for gaming go watch a few YT vids from Stop the Fomo (US centric) & HDTVTest (terrible jokes aside!).
