I've been wanting to get back into pc gaming after such a long time out. Could you helpful chaps spec me a good setup. I'm looking to spend between £1200 - £1500.

Tbh I'm so out of sync with pc's the last time I played it was 1080 so anything 1080 or better will do, I know I don't have the money for a top of the range card.

You don't have to spec a keyboard or mouse with the build.
Thanks

If you're staying at 1080p then any midrange card should do fine (RTX 2060, 3060, 3060 Ti or 6600, 6600 XT, 6700 XT) and the closest you can get one to £300 the better.

For CPU, if you're only gaming then a 5600X or 11400F would be enough, but if the budget can stretch, then get a 5800X.

Looks like a great build but there's no cooler for the cpu. I read on another post about using a b450 board to save some cash and use somewhere else. Would that be possible for this build?

A B450 Mortar or Tomahawk would work fine, but you'll lose PCI-E 4.0 support and might have to flash the BIOS when it arrives to support the CPU.

I wouldn't recommend buying a b-grade graphics card at these prices, with only a 90 day warranty. If the price is painful then try picking up a 3060 Ti+ FE or wait for another OCUK deal.
