Spec me a phone

Hi Guys, i think that my phone is gradually dying on my so i'm in the market for a new one. I don't want a contract, unless you can find a cheap 12 month one, and the max i am wanting to pay is around £150. I currently have a San Francisco(ZTE Blade) so something better than that.
So to summaries:
No Contract unless it's very good.
Max around £150
Better than San Francisco
Prefer Android

Nokia 710 which is a Windows Phone 7.5 device, is a bargain for £150 from Vodafone

The HTC EVO 3D is probably the best bang for your buck at the moment.
