Maybe someone could help me choose a HD?

I'm looking for a good sata HD, approx 120-160 GB any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Ben

Speed? reliability? Budget? I'd be inclined to just say 16-GB 7200.9 Seagate though. (Most reliable manufacturer). Or for speed and good all round performance, Hitachi T7K250 160GB :).

SATA-II is backwards compatible. Have a quick read of my sticky at the top of the HD forum :).
