How does this look? X2 processor you specced, 2gig Ram, decent sized 16meg cache HDD, top end graphics card (which admitadly I'm not sure how decent you need for your rendering but it fits in budget... just... so makes sense to me
).
As for the mobo, as semi said it is one with percieved problems but I love mine so don't hesitate to reccomend it. Also OCUK use it in their top end mega overclocked rig too.
