If you overclock that E6300 to 2.4GHz, it will perform roughly the same as an FX62, and there's no reason why you can't achieve 2.4GHz++ with the above spec. As for the monitor, I'm not sure how it compares to the ones you mentioned above, but it's the same price as the Hyundai and has better specs on paper (but as a general rule, try to spend the most you can on a monitor as it's the one thing you look at most when you're on the PC). Bit over budget though so...eek...
