Some where, out there
I'm running a 9800PRO at the moment, on my 2.4 northwood, and I'm feeling the upgrade bug. I don't need anything bleeding edge, as I only tend to play Eve online, and it's not all that graphically intensive.

New card must have / be :- as quiet as possible (current system is watercooled), have DVI-D, be £100-130, and.... well, that's about it. Could be looking at upgrading the chip and board too, so PCI-E is also doable.

You won't get a massive speed boost with the amount of money you have to spend but you could go for a 6600gt in AGP form and fit an Zalman cooler although this won't be hugely better. Maybe try looking secondhand and see if you can get either a 6800gt or X800 series card(not the X800se) for about your price range as they would be about as good as you'll get in AGP.
