Specs For A New PC

I currently have a athlon 64 3000+ and was looking to upgrade . i would like a faster computer that runs cooler as i have major cooling problems with this processor.

By cooling issues you mean the case? Because it will be wiser to sort that out. BUT, prices of Socket 939 are really low now so maybe can afford to change both? Since not given budget, here's a suggestion....
