I've sprained my ankle and it hurts. Anyone else done this?
No medical threads.
Yeah ive done it once, couldnt walk on it for a few days without it hurting. My mam tore the tendons in her leg last year and had about 4 months off work, she was in agony when she done it, but i got the pleasure of doing the housework until she could walk
Ice for the win?
Bored with a cold and a sprained ankle, you're not having much luck today are you?

Has someone stolen his account or something?
does anyone else think Spie's account has been hacked into?
or possibly that he has taken some form of "medication"

Spie this is your last warning.
I was trying to figure out how to say this.
I've never sprained my ankle, had a runny nose *or* been bored.
I've done this twice before.

Mums out of action due to leg injurys for the loose, my mum broke her ankle and was off work for ages, i had to cook every day and i hate cooking .
Several times on both ankles, and it hurst like heck. For me, it was always playing SPORT that I got injured the most! Volleyball is a killer on ankles, a very common injury
Now I have retired from playing, never had an issue with my ankles.
always lived by the RICE method of recouperation
Playing basket ball and landed from a block on the ball My foot hit the floor at 90 degrees too.. I had a swolen, black foot too :/
Did this about 5 years ago. My ankle is still weak.
yes but ive found out its fractured now(got a pot on,see my last post) so its worth getting it looked at, but an ice pack and elevation should do the trick and watch out for it going over again
oh and iboprofen calms the swelling down
